Additional Information

Georgia Boot®  assembled these Hammer work boots with an ANTImpact™ internal met guard and a steel toe that is capable of withstanding up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression. The safety toe is compliant with the ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification. This footwear has also met the ASTM F2413-05 Electrical Hazard Standard.

Goodyear® welt construction enhances the footwear's durability and makes the entire structure sturdier. The upper is full-grain leather; the brown material has the ideal blend of smoothness and hardiness, which allows them to fit comfortably and hold up nicely.

The lining of these work boots is lightweight, breathable and wicks away moisture. The built-in Air Flow System keep your feet cool and dry; the Comfort Core® insole enables you to stand or walk for hours on end, as your job requires. The steel shank supports your arch and provides steady footing. The padding in the leather collar adds another level of comfort.

The Hammer rubber outsole is highly flexible. It resists abrasions, heat, chemicals and oil, plus it can be completely replaced after years of wear.

These Georgia Hammer Steel Toe Work Boots are the prime example safety toe footwear that's comfortable. When you need new footwear for work, get these #G6315 men's boots.

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
    Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.

Georgia Boot Hammer Internal Metatarsal Steel Toe Work Boot is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable boot ever!!! I always wear slip on boots because it is comfortable for me, I had to go on a job which required internal metatarsal boots and lace up. So obviously I already felt I was gonna hate these boots because it was outside of my norm, when I got the boots in they felt heavy (I was used to my slip ons) I have now wore these boots for 2 weeks straight on this job and might consider never going back to slip ons, they are so comfortable and you don't notice the weight really, super nice boots!! I will be buying another pair without metatarsal just to have for when I'm not required to have them. Amazing pair of boots all around!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I had these boots for 2 years.. My job is pretty intense, from climbing walls, crawling in sewer lines and rumble.. 2 years is pretty long for boots.. the steel toes are exposed after a year and just a few months ago the side seams that connect to the heel has gotten loose, but the waterproof layer still doing it's job.. the boot liner is torn up, the foot padding seen better days but still comfortable.. and the tread is still great.. I consider it a good pair boots, even though its worn out.. it has done better then other brands.. and going to order another pair.. I just wish someone comes up with a idea of unwearable steel toes, those paint coatings and rubber toes don't do squat for me..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from internal medatarsal guard boot I bought these at Christmas time, the boots themselves are ok but the metatarsal is a joke. The external metatarsal guards actually do protect your feet, these internal met guards are nothing more than steel toe work boots. I dropped a piece of iron on my foot yesterday right on top of where the other ones used to protect (Georgia giant). These boots fail, in my opinion, as a metatarsal guard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable and lasting I've owned these boots for 10yrs and wear them up to 26 hrs. They have seen foundry atmosphere to 2ft of Wisconsin snow. Finally going to hang them up for the soles basically talk now and stitching is starting to fail on sides. Only complaint is inner web for insoles could be filled, last few yrs been using gel inserts that fill the holes. Thanks for a great boot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT BOOT! THIS BOOT IS THE SECOND PAIR I HAVE PURCHASED/OWNED IN 7 YEARS, I PURCHASED THEM BECAUSE THE FIRST PAIR ENDURED MY WORK ENVIRONMENT EVERY DAY WITH COMFORT AND SAFETY FOR THE MAJORITY OF THAT 7 YEARS, MY COMPANY COMMONLY PROVIDES FOR A NEW PAIR EACH YEAR, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS BENEFIT I RECEIVED A NEW PAIR EACH YEAR THROUGH MY COMPANY'S CATALOG WHICH AFTER THE FIRST YEAR NO LONGER CARRIED THIS GEORGIA BOOT SO I OPTED TO RECEIVE A "COMPARABLE" TYPE OF BOOT FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS, EACH TIME WITH DISAPPOINTING RESULTS SO I RETURNED TO WEARING MY OLD BOOT FROM GEORGIA BOOT WHICH CONTINUED TO PROVIDE COMFORT AND SECURITY. AFTER ATTEMPTING BOOTS FROM 5 OTHER MANUFACTURERS I FINALLY DECIDED TO ORDER THIS BOOT DIRECTLY FROM GEORGIA BOOT AS IT IS STILL UNAVAILABLE THROUGH MY COMPANY'S CATALOG, I PLACED MY ORDER ON LINE ON A THURSDAY AND IT WAS ON MY DOOR STEP SATURDAY MORNING, THANK YOU GEORGIA BOOT! I HAVE BEEN WEARING THEM FOR THE PAST MONTH AND AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort! This is the second time I've bought these boots and they care the most comfortable boots that I've ever owned. I work in a harsh environment and I'm pretty hard on boots in general and these boots last me about the same as other boots in the same price range- about 18 months.
