Additional Information

Georgia Logger Steel Toe Work Boot (#G8320):

Georgia constructed the upper of this black Logger work boot with full-grain leather. Even though the material has a natural softness to it, you'll find it to be incredibly hardy. Simply by tightening or loosening the laces, you are able to adjust the fit of these 8 " work boots, which is why it is so great to have a lace-up design. You won't have to be concerned about the stud hooks being tugged off of these boots, because they have been set on top of steel washers.

This Logger meets the requirements of the ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification making it an extremely protective work boot. Its steel toe is capable of withstanding up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression; when objects drop unexpectedly, having this feature will keep your toes safe.

Another great aspect about wearing this Georgia work boot is that it has been built with Goodyear welt construction. It enhances the footwear's durability, it makes the entire structure sturdier and it allows you to have the outsole replaced once it has worn down.

To keep your feet at ease, Georgia has added a cushioned insole into the interior. It has been covered in an extremely soft fabric. As outstanding as the boot's durability and protection is, you may like this feature the best, because it will keep your feet  comfortable throughout the duration of your shift.

A steel shank has been built into this work boot; it allows your footing to be steady and it provides support to the arches of your feet. The Georgia Logger rubber outsole offers resistance to abrasion, heat, chemicals and oil.

If you have been looking for protective-toe footwear, these Georgia Logger Steel Toe Work Boots (#G8320) are an outstanding option.

Georgia Logger Steel Toe Work Boot is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very much what I wanted! I bought these a few weeks ago and I love them. Very stylish, comfortable to break in, and very sturdy. The only reason I give them 4/5 and not 5/5 is the eyelets at the top half of the boot (the ones that are sort of open, the shoelace just hooks around them). I guess I walk with my feet too close together, because I occasionally get my shoes caught together by the eyelets. One of them has broken because of it (just the eyelet, it still works though, the metal base of the eyelet is still attached) and honestly I'd rather they just use the same eyelets all the way across the boot (like the ones on the bottom half of the laces).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stiff and rough stitching in the heel. My husband and I have worn Georgia logger boots for years. We each got a new pair a few weeks ago and they wore deep chafe/holes on the backs of our heels. The leather seems thinner than the other Georgia boots we have had and the stitching was very rough. My husband tried to wear his for a few days and even tried an extra pair of socks but it didn't help. I wore my pair to work one day and could barely walk by the end of the day. On a more positive note, the customer service person was very helpful and they returned the boots without any problem and with free shipping.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly constructed I bought two pairs of these boots 6 months ago, I am sorry to say that I am very unsatisfied. I work in the maritime industry 12 hour shifts in all weather, if any boot would be put to the test this industry is it. The screws in the soul have worn through to the bottom of my foot on both pairs, making things extremely uncomfortable. Steel toe is starting rub against my big toe, the heals are starting to come off both pairs, and lastly the leather does seem durable but stretches giving them a "floppy" appearance. I do abuse my work boots but that's also why at pay good money, I've been wearing redwing loggers USA made for the past ten or so years and figured I'd try and switch things up. So I bought two pairs of these for what I would've paid for one pair of redwings. My advice pay the extra $150 for a pair of redwings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you're looking for a boot that breaks in easy and doesn't make your feet hurt. Georgia boots are the boot for you! The black of a new pair of loggers is very nice. You could almost consider it dressy. If your wearing jeans and a nice shirt a new pair of Georgia loggers go very well. I'm very hard on my work boots these boots last longer then any other brand I have tried. They usually last me about two years. They are a comfortable work boot. If you are unsure of what type you're looking for I say give these boots a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable The boots came in a few days ago and they are very comfortable. I also noticed that my back pain has subsided quite a bit. Being an ironworker, I take my footwear to the limits. The soles have great traction when walking the iron. The ankle protection is second to none. I also like the fact that the soles can be replaced once the originals wear down. I will update my review I a few months. But so far they are wonderful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Boots with some Issues ! A good Boot that has lasted a few years . There are only two draw backs that I have had in the Past . 1 the Lining that covers the Steel Toe will Tare before too Long causing holes in your sock's so be ready to buy a lot of socks . And 2 when the sole wears down enough some of the screws on the sole will Dig into your Feet something Georgia has not fixed yet .
