This lace-up shoe has a black smooth leather upper. Housed within the round toe is a steel toe cap that resists up to 75 pounds of impact and compression, and meets the ASTM 2413 standard. This shoe also meets ASTM standard for static-dissipation with a SD-35 rating, which makes it a good choice for working near machinery that creates a large field of static electricity, or around computer components. Cemented to the upper is a flat wedge rubber outsole that is slip- and oil-resisting. Comfort features include a Comfortech footbed with high rebound foam and a nylon mesh lining. Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor.
