Additional Information

The Georgia Logger Insulated GORE-TEX® Steel Toe Work Boot puts the emphasis on safety, durability and performance.

Equipped with a steel toe, this boot meets ASTM standards for protective toe and for electrical hazard, too.

This logger has a one-piece rubber, cleated Vibram® Tacoma outsole. Vibram is the leader in high-performance soling products that are lightweight, long-wearing and flexible. These soles are resistant to abrasions, oils, chemicals, heat and metal chips.

Additional durability comes from the Goodyear® welt construction which enhances the boot's strength and flexibility.

Waterproofing comes from GORE-TEX®. This fabric is revolutionary: it's waterproof, windproof and breathable.

This logger has a steel shank, as well as a covered cushion insole. A polyurethane orthotic insert is removable.

Your feet stay warm in this boot. It's infused with 400g of Thinsulate™ Ultra insulation.

Made of full-grain leather, this 8" boot has solid stud hooks and eyelets set on steel washers. The brush guard kiltie is removable.

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
    Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt or polyfill material offers a thermal barrier without the added benefits of premium insulations.
    GORE-TEX®
GORE-TEX® fabric features revolutionary patented technology that is windproof, waterproof and breathable. GORE-TEX® is a registered trademark of W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit and Look From day 1, they feel great. Even though they are insulated and i work in Florida, my feet are comfortable and don't sweat. just the opposite. i've had multiple people ask me what kind of boots they are because they look great. Thanks Georgia

Rated 1 out of 5 by from you think they would use good leather the only reason I buy these boots is my feet don't hurt after 16 to 18 hrs a day on my feet but they are c r a p p y made they only last 6 months and they are shot. I got my last pair in may 2017 and they are already falling apart/leather cracking and the sole is starting to separate on one. if my work didn't give me 100.00 every 6 mo for boots I could not afford these boots.... for the price they should be better made........ I got my 1st pair at D-YOUNGS in Newport news 2 mo the steel shank broke and clicked all the time they gave me a new pair 9mo later the same thing they would not warranty them again they lasted another 4 mo they lasted the longest since I have had 9 pair in 6 years and a couple pair of Carolina boots after 10 hrs I hav to change boots they hurt my feet. you would think they would use a good leather...... if I butcher one of my cows wonder if they would use my leather?(not kidding)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great comfortable boot just don't last I have been buying these boots for 10 years and my resent pair has not lasted due to the leather cracking and splitting. I have bad knees and these boots seem to help my knees allot after 10 hour days of excavating and building construction. Bit the construction of the boot does not hold up to the work. 6 months is all I have gotten out of the last 2 pair I've boughten.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Sweet These boots are durable, comfortable, warm and good lookin too. Only complaint is that the color of the boot is darker than advertised, but nonetheless an all around excellent boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice looking work boot I have been wearing this style for 15 years. I am guessing rocky boots bought Georgia boot out maybe 3 or 4 years ago?. Have been falling apart faster ever since. Even heels falling off. Bad craftsmanship now. It is too bad because they were very comfortable and durable.
