I wear a 12 EE in the regular round toe version of this boot. Will I need to purchase one size larger with the composite toe?

I would suggest that if you have a little room when wearing the Tony Lama in a size 12 width 2E I would stick with your normal size but if your fit is a little snug I would bump up a size for the composite toe.
