Additional Information

The Rocky® S2V Tactical Military Boot is available in Sage Green. This color is the perfect choice for military woods maneuvers. This boot has everything that you require on the job.

It features flash- and water-resistant leather geared to protect your feet from quick flashes and rope burn. Plus, it has 1,000 Denier CORDURA® technology in the sides and panels with a PTFE coating that serves as a flame retardant.

The drainage vents on this combat boot push water out of your boots as you walk, working with the Dri-Lex® lining and stretch Lycra tongue to hug your feet, so they always stay comfortable. The features also fight against fungus and foot discomfort.

This Sage Green military boot also has triple-stitched uppers and proprietary high-walled Vibram® soles. The triple-stitch feature ensures your boot holds up while the Vibram outsoles are a high-quality and comfortable platform. It's paired with a PU midsole.

To make this a comfortable military boot, it has a perforated Air-Port™ cushion footbed that offers all-day comfort. To prevent bacteria growth, it is equipped with an Aegis® Microbe Shield.

Made in the USA, the Rocky S2V Tactical Military Boot is Berry-Compliant. Eight inches in height.

Rocky S2V Tactical Military Boot is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent Comfort - Disappointing Sole Performance 24 years of service and these were the most comfortable boots I had ever worn. From beginning, to end, the comfort was always there. I only wish they had the sage green with Gortex. The durability of the uppers is quite good as well. The big negative though, is that the sole material is very lacking; it wears incredibly fast (worn through in less than a year with less than daily wear; and they can perform very poorly transitioning from wet to dry services... forget about trying to make any sharp moves if you are coming in from the rain. Aside from that, if wet conditions and long term wear are not a concern, but you need comfort, these are the boots to get.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Boot I've had these boots for about 18 months now. They are comfortable and keep my feet dry. I need to get another pair but still unsure if I want to go with these Rocky's or not. The sole is warn off on them and for as much that is paid for them I just think they should last a little longer. They been squeaking for a few months too but I've just been dealing with it because only one does it. I would recommend though for any temp other than the desert climates. Would have to go with the tennis shoe brand on that one because they breath very well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ripped within first few days My son took these new Rocky boots to Basic Training at the Air Force Academy and they ripped within the first 4 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Comfy I bought these based on recommendations from lots of people. I love them and they are almost too comfortable! The only issue I have with them is they are very wide and I have rather narrow feet. There isn't as much sole under my feet as with other boots and it takes some getting used to, but I actually like it. The speed laces make putting them on rather simple and they are very snug around the upper ankle. I would DEFINITELY recommend trying on a pair before ordering online. The sizing is much different than Bates, Wellco, or Altama.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best duty boot I've owned I've had these boots for a year now. They have survived many hunting, scouting/hiking, and rough farm work. I love them. I've owned every style of combat boot since nam jungle boots plus a number of hiking, work, and hunting boots. These are the lightest and most comfortable boots I have ever owned.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still trying to break in I bought these a few weeks ago and still am trying to get used to them. Around my feet feels fine, but the upper parts are killing me. Cannot wear them every day yet and I would not dare to walk more than around the building in them. I really like them, but there is stitching right above my heal and around the ankles that makes me want to chuck them. Going to give them a few more days over the next couple weeks and see what happens. Hoping for the best, but right out of the box, they are painful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough to break in, tough to wear out I love these boots! It might seem difficult to break these bad boys in at first, but after they do, they're in it for the long haul. I walk at least 2 miles every day in these, and the heel is only starting to wear down after a year and half. I've worn Belleville's in the past, and these surpass them by a long shot. I typically wear a size 8 (women's), but I buy these in a size 6.5 for men. Highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Stitching Throughout The stitching near where you lace the boots up is coming apart after only one month of wear. Both, left and right boots have similar poor stitching. This was my firts pair of Rocky Boots. Bummer. I will have to take them to the shoe repair shop and see if they can do what should have been done in the first place - i.e. properly stitching the boot together. Poor workmanship.
