Terra Patton Men's CSA Internal Met Aluminum Toe Puncture-Resisting Waterproof Pull-on Work Boot
The Terra Patton combines style with substance, delivering on both ASTM and CSA safety features in a Wellington. This 10-inch pull-on waterproof leather wellington style features an internal XRD metatarsal guard that is flexible for daily wear, yet hardens upon impact, meeting impact and compression standards. An aluminum safety toe is lightweight and supplies a nice profile. The Hydroguard waterproof membrane supplies additional protection from the elements and a dual-density EVA JETBOUND removable footbed supplies cushion. Cemented to the upper is a high rebound PU midsole with heavy-duty, rugged traction rubber outsole that is oil-, slip- and acid-resisting. This boot also is puncture-resisting. Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes. -
