Rocky Great Oak Composite Toe GORE-TEX® Waterproof Logger Boot
The exterior of this Rocky Great Oak Logger is strong and hardy because of the black full-grain leather that was used to create the upper. Yet, it is the work boot's composite toe that will offer you the most protection on the jobsite; because it has met the ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification these work boots can resist up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression. These Logger boots offer additional safeguarding against electrical exposures because they have met the ASTM F2413-05 Electrical Hazard Standard.
While you have long been acquainted with the idea of working hard, it is imperative that you remain comfortable. These Great Oak Loggers have been made with a highly breathable and durably waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane, this allows for your feet to have the best dryness protection, which leaves you comfortable. The contoured polyurethane footbed will cushion your steps, take some of the weight off and make your feet feel utterly at ease.
These Great Oak work boots have increased durability, strength and flexibility because they have been built with Goodyear welt construction. Another advantage to this type of construction is that you can have the outsole repaired once it begins to show signs of wear and tear.
In order to make this the best men's boot you can wear, Rocky has added a Vibram® 946K outsole. It is incredibly durable and offers you outstanding traction, but it is also fantastically lightweight and pliable.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75

Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
