The women's Southern Cross by Steel Blue is a tough, durable yet extremely comfortable 6-inch safety boot. This style features a sand-color upper made of premium water-resistant nubuck that is is double-stitched for extra strength and durability And this style offers an industrial-grade side zipper for convenience with lace up design to customize fit.
The TPU outsole resists mineral oils, ammonium nitrate, mild acids, alkalis, and animal fats. It is slip-resisting, has great resistance to abrasion and performs well in colder temperatures. This outsole also is tested to 266 degrees F.
The Southern Cross meets or exceeds the ASTM F2413-11 standard for protective toe and electrical hazard. And is comfortable having met APMA guidelines for footwear that promotes foot health.
