This Gridworks style is ready for the elements with an all-weather thermo-plastic urethane (TPU) wedge outsole that is oil-resistant per SATRA TM63, and heat-resistant up to 248 °F. A specially-formulated weather-resistant compound stays flexible longer in cold temperatures to provide better traction on frosted surfaces. This outsole also performs well on oily, slippery and rough terrain.
An 8-inch tall leather upper has a moc toe without a safety toe cap. It is waterproof with an antimicrobial-treated mesh lining that helps mitigate odor. The removable insole absorbs shock and returns the energy to the foot to provide foot comfort. This boot meets the ASTM standards for resistance to electrical hazards.
